Birth date calculated from age 68.9.4. An ancestry.com tree gives her first name as Louise, and her parents as:

Johann Christoph HOFFMANN 1765-1834
Friederike Louise SCHMERZ 1781-1839

The 3/10/1916 issue of the Hermanner Volksblatt, the German-language newspaper published at Hermann, Mo., says (translated): Mr. Jacob Ott, an old and well-known citizen of our county, died last Sunday in Kansas City, at the age of 79 years.

Jacob outlived Henriette, but he would have been much older than 79 if he died in 1916. His death certificate cannot be located at "Missouri Digital Heritage", suggesting that he may have died on the Kansas side of Kansas City. (Kansas death certificates are not easily available).

Census says their children were:
Charles 1851-1911
Henry 1853-___
Edward 1855-___
Louise 1856-1938
Frederick 1858-1925 Tex.
Louis C. 1861-1919

UPDATE by Cynthia Farmer-Nold (48293625):
The 1888 "History of Gasconade County, Missouri, Goodspeed Publishing Company, says that Jacob (Jakob) Ott, born in Wurtemberg, Germany in 1823, came to America in 1848. His wife to be, Henrietta Hoffman, came about a year later, and they were married in Gasconade County. The History says the family home was in Sect.28, Twp.45, R.5.
From Bureau of Land Management: Jacob Ott obtained five land patents in Gasconade County, two of which were in Section 28, the first June 1, 1850 (NE 1/4 of NW 1/4), the second Jan. 15, 1856 (NW 1/4 of NW 1/4). The online 1875 King map isn't enlarge enough to see land owner names. The 1913 plat map shows that Ott's land was then owned by someone else, but the map shows a residence and springs at the end of an access road or lane that must have been the Ott patent. It would be accurate to say the family cemetery was in the north half of the northwest quarter of Section 28. Most likely it was close to the house on the 1856 patent, northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 28, T 45, R 5. [See 1913 plat map for location].
