Mr. Roy Walter Mickler, age 86, of Hoschton, Georgia, who passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014. Mr. Mickler was born in Mobile, AL, a son to the late Leon Walter Mickler and the late Mary Ann Bates Mickler. Mr. Mickler was a Mechanical Engineer and was a member of the Living Word Worship Center. Mr. Mickler was a veteran of the U.S. Army, Second Lieutenant, serving in the Korean War where he was awarded a Bronze Star.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Mickler, Hoschton, sons, Steve Mickler, Snellville, David Mickler, Clarkesville, grandson, Evan Mickler, sister, Nellie Boyer, Mobile, AL and several nieces and nephews.
