Doris Jean Bill, 64, of Pleasant Hill, Calif., formerly of Peoria, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1991, at her residence.
Born Feb. 5, 1927, in Peoria to Nicholas and Josephine Wittig Ulrich, she married Robert Bill on Dec. 31, 1947, in Kansas City, Mo. He died in 1984 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Surviving are her mother, Josephine Runyon; two daughters, Barbara Phillips and Nancy Gourley; two sons, Scott and Robert; and eight grandchildren.
She worked in telecommunications in California for the last 20 years and did volunteer work at various hospitals.
Cremation rites were accorded and burial of ashes will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
