Reese S. Wolf, 77, of Knoxville died unexpectedly Sunday morning at Collins Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient since April 2.

Born June 26, 1890 the son of James W. and nancy Seaburn Wolf in Knoxville. He attended the Knoxville community schools. On October 7, 1910 he was united in marriage to Amelia Richards in Oskaloosa, Iowa. His father before him was a barber and the family home and barber shp have always been in the same location. His parents were one of Knoxville's early pioneers and the family home is one of the oldest standing residence in the city. He was active in his barber shop until his recent hospitalization.

Left are his wife, Amelia, one daughter Mrs. Stanley Norma Kimm, two sons, Bill and Dale Wolf, all of Knoxville. 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A sister Mrs. Grace Rhynsburger of Oskaloosa, Iowa. He was preceeded in death by his parents and two brothers.
