Barbara A. Korda, 77, of Sebastian, FL, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach, FL. She was born in South Ostelic, NY and resided in the Sebastian area for nearly 40 years.
She worked 40 years in the food service industry, most notably, Marker 1 Restaurant in Sebastian, FL and Sloan's in Vero Beach until her retirement in 2008.
Mrs. Korda is survived by her husband of 25 years, two sons, two step-sons, a step-daughter, four sisters, two half-brothers, a half-sister and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Barbara will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Neil Huntley and Lillian Zawatsky, and half-brother, James Huntley.
