Luisa Angela Floyd, 82, wife of Dexter Owens Floyd Jr., died Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at her residence.

Mrs. Floyd was born September 28, 1931, in Naples, Italy, a daughter of the late Mario Tomasino and the late Maria Napp Tomasino.

She was a member of Saint Mary Our Lady of Ransom Catholic Church.

She was survived by her husband of Georgetown; two daughters, Maria A. (Steve) Lee of Georgetown; Loredonna (Ken) Walker of Georgetown; a son, Dexter O. (Nancy) Floyd III of Georgetown; six grandchildren, Jake Lee, Michael Lee, Brandon Walker, Lydia Walker, Cody Floyd, Maya Floyd all of Georgetown; two great grandchildren, Luisa Lee of Murrells Inlet and Khloe Lee of Pawleys Island; a brother, Guido Tomasino of Naples, Italy; two sisters, Clada Tomasino of Naples, Italy, and Sarah Tomasino of Milano, Italy.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2014, in Saint Mary Our Lady of Ransom Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Church. Entombment will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Graham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
