She was a member of the former Mt Pleasant United Methodist Church. She worked as a homemaker and was a beautician at Betty's Beauty Shop. She retired after 30 years of service.
Betty is survived by he husband Glen E. Fegley of Decatur, One son, Bradley E. Fegley of Fort Wayne, Indiana; two daughters, Mrs. Michael (Cathy) Basham and Mrs. Patrick (Amy) Rumschlag both of Decatur, Indiana; Two brothers Iven Allen of Nashville, Tennessee and Jack Allen of Fort Wayne, Indiana, one sister Donna Gage of Decatur, Indiana; seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, July , 2007 at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home. Rev. Ken Mahan officiating and burial in the Backesto-Springhill Cemetery.
