FUNERAL OF MRS. RUPP.

Funeral services for the late Mrs. Mary E. Rupp were held from the residence, 835 Adams street, at 8:30 o'clock this morning, and at 9 o'clock from St. Mary's church, with interment in St. Boniface cemetery.

There was a large attendance of relatives and friends. Those acting as pall bearers were: Frank Peters, Henry Windoffer, Theodore Hermeling, Michael Boehl, August Holms, and Henry Brinks.

Mary E. Jacobi was born 4 November 1854 in Missouri. Her parents were Louis N. and Mary Jacobi.

Mary E. Rupp was married when she passed away, 5 February 1917 in Quincy Illinois. She was buried 8 February 1917.

Mrs. Mary E. Rupp, a well known resident of the South Side, died in her home, 835 Adams street, yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock, after a two weeks' illness from pneumonia.

She was born in 1852 in Palmyra Missouri, and was past 64 years of age. For 34 years, she had resided in Quincy on the South Side, where she had a host of friends. She was a devout member of St. Mary's Catholic church.

Six sons and three daughters survive. They are: Frank J., Louis W., George H., Joseph H., Theodore L., and Edward J. Rupp; Mrs. Margaret Peckler, Miss Eleanor and Miss Frances. All reside in St. Louis, with the exception of Frank and Miss Frances at home.

Five brothers and one sister: William Jacobi and Andrew Jacobi of Palmyra Missouri; Nick of Modesto California; John Jacobi of Seattle Washington; Louis Jacobi of St. Louis Missouri; Mrs. Fannie Gilbert of St. Louis, and 13 grandchildren, also survive.
