Mario Huerta Moreno, age 50, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014. Born in Boerne, TX on July 24, 1963, he was the son of Hector Moreno, Sr. and Josie Huerta Moreno. He had been a lifelong resident of Bandera, TX. Preceded in death by his father, Mario is survived by his mother, Josie Moreno; Children, Mario Moreno, Jr., Johannah Esquivel, and Jaden Colt Moreno; brothers and sisters, Elena Rodriguez and her husband, Carlos; Dolores Arredondo, Hector Moreno, Jr., and Norman Moreno. The Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 13 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. , with the Recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Vaughan's Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wed., May 14 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Boerne Cemetery.
