In 1886 she was married to David Wagner in Frank, Russia to which union was born ten children, five preceded her in death and five, George Wagner, Spokane, Washington; Henry and Conrad Wagner, Culbertson, Nebraska; Pauline Harrenbruck, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Milda Fritz, Casper, Wyoming; are still living. Two sisters and one brother living in Culbertson and nineteen grandchildren survive her.
In her fifteenth year she was confirmed in the Lutheran church.
In 1886 she removed from Russia and came to reside in Culbertson where she remained, with the exception of three years which she resided in Montana until her death.
Mrs. Wagner had been confined to her bed by a stroke of paralysis for the past five years.
The funeral was held from the Evangelical church, Saturday, conducted by Revs. Haist and Fetzer. Interment in the Culbertson cemetery.
