Tom was a veteran of the US Army
Thomas Wayne Crowell of Arcadia, MO passed away Feb. 23, 2013 at his residence at the age of 56 years.
He was born March 29, 1956 in East St. Louis, IL, a son of the late Thomas and Gloria May Buckhannon Crowell.
On Jan. 17, 1981 he was united in marriage to Margot A. Wrigley who survives. To this union was born two daughters; Candace Mickan and husband J. L. of Farmington, and Lauren Colyott and husband Nathan of Cedar Hill. Also surviving are his Father, Robert Ferrenbach, two brothers Curtis Crowell and Robert Ferrenbach, one sister Sarah Ferrenbach, three grandsons, Chancellor James and Ransom Thomas Mickan, and Obedadiah Colyott, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Tom was a 1975 graduate of Red Bud High School and worked for many years as an Iron Worker. He was the business agent for Iron Workers Local 396, served as secretary for the Mineral Area Labor Club, and was a director for the Taum Sauk Board. He also served his Country in the United States Army.
Tom was a member of the Body of Christ Church.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 11am from Cole Family Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Harrison and Rev. Jerry Hawkins officiating. Interment will be in Arcadia Valley Memorial Park.
