Daughter of Frank and Neva Taylor Vester.
Married Phil Winger in 1969; He preceded her in death in 2001.
Survivors include son Jason (Jennifer) Winger; daughters Melissa (Eric) Ridgley and Megan Winger; 9 grandchildren; sister Jayne Ann (Bruce) Rockhill; brothers Robert "Bob" (Karen) and Richard "Dick" (Lisa) Vester; mother-in-law Mary Frances Winger.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and father-in-law Alvin Winger.

She was a 1965 Jefferson High School graduate.
She was secretary for Purdue University Athletics. She was a cheerleading advisor to the Purdue Cheerleaders and Purdue Pete.
She was a Pink Lady at St. Elizabeth East and was involved with the Reemer Club at Purdue. She enjoyed crafting, cooking, sewing, quilting, playing in her card club, loved Purdue and her grandchildren.

Services 10am Thursday, July 3 at Christ United Methodist Church in Lafayette. Visition 4-8pm Wednesday.
