of Route 1, Highland died on Sunday,
July 6, 1980 at a Platteville nursing
home after a long illness. The former
Theresa Eiling was born in Highland
Township on February 1, 1890. She was
married to Ben Kroll on May 4,1915 and
he preceded her In death on September
19, 1975. She was also preceded In death
by two sons, Bernard In 1918 and Paul In
1928, a granddaughter, six sisters and
one brother. She is survived by four
sons, Delbert of Highland, Louis of West
Seneca, New York, Cletus of Fennimore
and Earl of Dodgeville; two daughters,
Mrs. Arnold (Lucille) Volenec of Cobb
and Mrs. Katherine Papierniak of
Madison; 28 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
