She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law Debra & Jonas Manson of West Milton, Cindy Bradley of West Milton; son Virgil Mullins, Jr. of Troy, Ohio; sisters and brothers-in-law Luella & Raymond Applegate of West Milton, Marcille & Raymond Hartman of West Milton; grandchildren Tina & Timothy Chaney, Dale & Autumn Buckner, Mathew V. Mullins, Caleb M. Mullins; great grandchildren Dustin Nevels, Misty Nevels, Jaxon Buckner. She was preceded in death by her sisters Cathryn Roach and Irene Borts.
