Rilling Martin J. (19 OCT 1890 - 4 MAY 1963)
Martin J. Rilling, 72, Wausau, died Saturday, May 4, 1963. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 at Helke West Side Chapel, Wausau, and burial was made in Pine Grove Cemetery. The Rev. David Buzza, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiated.
Mr. Rilling was a member of the Abbotsford Lodge No. 298 Free and Accepted Masons. Masonic services were conducted Monday evening and were attended by Abbotsford lodge members.
Martin Rilling was born Oct. 19, 1890 in the Town of Farmington, Washington County. His marriage to Ida Doleschal took place June 4, 1017. Miss Doleschal was a teacher in the Abbotsford school. In 1920 they moved to Wausau. Mr. Rilling was the owner of the Rilling Electric Co. at Wausau.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Hosely of Wausau, and two grandchildren. He also leaves three brothers, Dr. J.A. Rilling, Westboro, John of Wausau, and Werner of Milwaukee.
