Mrs. Sarah, wife of Addison Wolf, died shortly before two o'clock this afternoon at her home 157 West North street (sic), after an illness of about a week. About a week ago their infant son, aged about two weeks, died. Mrs. Wolf was aged 38 years and was a very estimable woman, and a kind, loving wife and mother. Her maiden name was Baker, and she was a consistent member of the Church of God.

She is survived by her husband, four children and the following brothers and sisters: George Baker, Mrs. Edith Hays, Mrs. Ida M. Bloger, all of Carlisle; Mrs. Oren Kingsboro, Craighead Station; Mrs. Jennie E. Barnhart, Harrisburg, and Mrs. Boyer, in Colorado.

SUIT TO RECOVER LOT IN CEMETERY AT CARLISLE

Defendant's Wife And Five Children Were Interred In Strip Of Ground In Question

Special Dispatch to The Patriot.

Carlisle, May 19. - Probably not before in the courts of Cumberland county (sic), has there been such a case as was called for trial here this morning. It was the action of Harry G. Beetem, a wealthy paper box manufacturer, of this place, and John W. Wetzel, a wealthy attorney-at-law, and a member of Cumberland county (sic) bar, against Addison Wolf, a plasterer, of Carlisle. The action was brought to recover possession of a burying lot in the Old Graveyard extension, in this borough. In this lot are interred Wolf's wife, who died recently, and five small children.

Possibly twelve years ago the defendant purchased a lot for $15, but a mistake was made and the bodies were interred in a more expensive lot, valued at $25, and on this he paid the first purchase money of $5, and it is alleged he made no further payments since. The case contains a considerable degree of sadness.
