He was born February 16, 1989 in Cheyenne and had lived here most of his life with a few years in various states.
He always considered Cheyenne home. The outdoors lifestyle was the life for him. He loved camping, fishing, and hunting. This was when he was at his happiest.
Russell is survived by his mother, Robin Hood-Brummond and step-father, Robert Brummond, of Cheyenne; father, Kevin Boog of Denver, Colorado; sisters, Amber Hood of Porterville, California and Katheriena Boog-Martin of Denver; grandmother, Beulah Hood of Cheyenne; uncle, Gene Hood of Cheyenne and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Hobert Hood, Jr. and Russell Boog and grandmother, Anna Boog.
