He was born on May 18, 1940, in Wadsworth, Ohio, to Oliver F. and Ellen (Ady) Fruth, Sr.
He is survived by his twin brother, Ray (Peggy) Fruth of Tiffin.
Preceding him in death were his parents; 2 brothers, Frank and Owen Fruth; and sister, Opal "Faye" Sims.
There will be no visitation and burial will be private at Greenlawn Cemetery.
