Luke Richard Taylor, 15, went to be with his Savior on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2009 in Arvada, Colorado. He was the son of Richard and Amanda Taylor. Luke was raised in Arvada and was a freshman at Ralston Valley High School in Arvada. Luke played football for the Black Knights as a running back and linebacker. He was on the Rocky Mountain Storm Lacrosse team as a center middy. Luke was an outstanding athlete and will be missed by his coaches, friends and teachers. Luke is survived by his father Richard Taylor and step-mom Julie Mills of Arvada; his mother Amanda Taylor of Thornton, Colo.; his brother Tyler Taylor of Glenrock and sister Bayley of Bailey, Colo.; his paternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Richard and Georgia Taylor and paternal grandmother Dixie Taylor, all of Glenrock; his maternal grandmother Deloris Bellcourt of Washington; great grandmother, Betty Taylor of Casper; aunts Amy Taylor Glenrock, Wendy Taylor of Casper and Amy Bellcourt of Washington; uncle Travis Taylor Casper; cousins Jonathan Taylor of Glenrock and Kyle Taylor of Casper; and numerous extended families.
