Mr. Balderach passed away unexpectedly on Friday.
"Ronny" was a only forty years old at the time of his death. He is survived by his parents; Dr. Ronald and Mrs. Linda Balderach and 3 sisters and 5 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Balderach Sr. of Texas. as well as Mr. John Biggins and Mrs Florence Chick of Ohio.

Mr. Balderach received a diploma from Neshannock High School and graduated from the New Castle School of Trades as a certified welder. He was formerly employed with Lark Enterprises, Chuck Tanner's Restaurant, Westgate Cinemas and Ralph's Supermarket. Ronny has a wide range of interest. He loved to read both fiction and non-fiction books and once spent an entire summer reading a Biology textbook for fun. He was an avid movie watcher and particularly liked James Bond and science fiction films. Sweets, particularly donuts and pumpkin pie, were a weakness for Ronny.

He also loved airplanes. Ronny particularly enjoyed watching them land on the runway. His love of planes led to taking several flight lessons at the New Castle Airport several years ago. He was a certified in SCUBA and enjoyed diving in tropical locales like Aruba and Mexico with his father. He also had a penchant for travel, having the rare opportunity to visit most of the lower forty-eight states, Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia and sundry islands in the Caribbean throughout his short life. Ronny was everyone's friend. He never knew a stranger and enjoyed talking about a variety of topics with anyone who would listen. Family and friends will miss him immensely.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday July 29, 2014, from 2 to 4 pm, as well as 6 to 9 pm, at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. in New Castle, PA. A memorial service will be conducted on Wed. July 30, 2014 at noon at the funeral home. Followed by interment at 2 pm in Glenview Cemetery in East Palestine, Ohio.
