"R.J."/"Willie" Williams Graveside services for Reford Jefferson "R.J."/"Willie" Williams, 91, of Denver City will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 17 in the Denver City Memorial Park with Rev. Harold Brown officiating, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Denver City.

Mr. Williams died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006.

R.J. was born Nov. 16, 1914 in Ada, OK to Thomas and Martha Williams. He married Dora Lee Dobson on April 11, 1934 in Ada. They moved from there to Denver City in 1952 and was employed by Sunrise Well Services for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Bobbie and her husband George Robertson, a son, Paul and a daughter-in-law, Modeena Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Dora; two daughters, Billie Ellis and Mary Ellis, both of Gurdon, AR; five sons, Jimmie of Boonville, Indiana, Timmy of Denver City, Gary of Hobbs, NM, Jackie of Seattle, Washington, and Arliss of Denver City; a daughter-in-law, Beverly Hughes of Wadesville, Indiana; one brother, Homer of Missouri; one sister, Margueritte Robertson of Oklahoma; along with 38 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
