Born Kosswitz, Schwarzburg, Rudolstadt, Saxony Germany. Chistina married Christian (Christoph) Benjamin Franke. Christian was b. 1807, Grand Duchy (Grossherzogtum) Sachen-Weimar, Germany. He died Centerville twp, Manitowac Co, WI abt 1860. Christina married a second time to Jacob Scherer on 13 Feb 1867 and moved to the Powersville area. (Jacob Scherer's parents were listed as Johannes Scherer and Margarethe Achenbach.) Her father was August Daubert and her mother was Maria Hengerin.

Her name may also be found spelled as Christiana Daubert per Findagrave contributor Mary Eick.
