Mary Ann Pichelmann passed away at her home after many years of struggling with illness.
Mary had a strong passion for advocating. She tried to help make things better the best way she knew how and put her heart into advocating for others, to whom she felt, she could help make a difference.
Mary achieved her Degrees in Sociology and Social Welfare from UW-Milwaukee and resided in Stevens Point, WI.
She was born on August 30, 1961 at Wisconsin Rapids, WI; to Donna (Allison) Pichelmann and Raymond Pichelmann.
She is survived by her daughter Melanie Ann Whitlow (Steve) and grandchildren Emma, Raul, & Vincent, Milwaukee, WI; mother: Donna Pichelmann; Bancroft, WI; siblings: Kathy Hanley, Schertz, TX, Sherry Cunningham (Tom) North Freedom, WI; Mike Pichelmann, Stillman Valley, IL; Diane Pichelmann-Sutherland (Rick), Nekoosa, WI; and many nieces and nephews & their spouses.
She was preceded in death by her father: Raymond Pichelmann; two sisters: Terri Pichelmann and Jeanne Hansen; brother-in-law, Daryl Hanley, II.
In lieu of a memorial service, a special thought or loving memory of Mary would be cherished. Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
