Mrs. Blanche Lewis, 57, died Thursday at her home, 1820 Quarry Road, following a year-long illness.
Mrs. Lewis was the widow of Oscar S. Lewis. She was a member of St. Gertrude's Church, Lebanon.
She is survived by seven children, Mrs. Lorraine Straka, Cicero, Ill.; Loretta, wife of William Ledvort, Berwyn, Ill.; Mrs. Ella Fetterhoff, at home; Betty, wife of William Kopp, Lebanon; Miss Nancy Lewis and Robert Lewis, both at home and Miss Linda Fetterhoff, at home.
Also surviving are ten grandchildren and a brother, Max Klein, Bayonne, N.J.

Funeral services were held this morning for Mrs. Blanche Lewis, 1820 Quarry Road. She was the widow of Oscar S. Lewis.
Services were held at 9 a.m. from the Thompson Funeral Home. A Requiem High Mass was offered at 9:30 a.m. in St. Gertrude's Church by the Rev. Thomas McLernon. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Pallbearers were John Balog, John Gogets, Richard Harley, William Kopp, Philip Rupponer and Vernal Kapp.
