Joseph Feldmann, Sr. bought plot #27 of section B in St. Francis Xavier cemetery. In this plot there is a monument stone (pictured here) with no inscriptions on it, but with the word Feldmann written across the base of the stone.

According to their obituaries, both Joseph Sr. and Mary Feldmann were buried in this cemetery, and therefore, they must be buried in plot 27 of section B.

Plot 27 has room for 5 graves and all five have been filled. Two of them belong to Joseph and Mary Feldmann. In the same plot there are tombstones for Joseph and Christina Meyer. Joseph Meyer is a grandson of Joseph and Mary Feldmann. Note that on the cemetery map, Christina Meyer's name appears on Plot 27 because she was the last one buried there.

The fifth grave in plot 27 is most likely occupied by Maria Feldmann, a daughter of Joseph and Mary Feldmann who died in 1902. According to my research, their daughter Maria never married, and I have been unable to locate another grave for her.

This plot does not have individual markers for Joseph Sr., his wife, Mary, or their daughter, Maria.
