TESKE, Ernst H. O. - Age 64, of Roseburg, Oregon, passed away Friday, July 31 1998 at his home. He was born December 6, 1933 in Durbin, Germany to Helmut and Johanna (Hacker) Teske. Mr Teske grew up and attended school in Berlin, Germany and following WWII, he attended school in Bayreut, Germany. He married Marianne in Bonn, Germany on August 20, 1957. They moved to San Jose, California in 1977 and to Roseburg in 1991 where they opened Steke's Germania Restaurant. Mr. Teske was an avid hunter and rancher, enjoying most anything to to with the outdoors. He is survived by his wife, Marianne Teske of Roseburg, sons, Robert Teske and his wife Gabi of San Jose, California, Klaus Teske of Roseburg, sister, Mascha Hain of Germany, brothers, Hans Wolfgang Teske of Germany, Peter Teske of Spain, and one grandson, Stefan Teske. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 3, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. In WISONS'S CHAPEL OF THE ROSES. Officiating will be Reverend Stacy Hance. Private cremation rites will follow the service. Friends may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1122 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Suite 109, Roseburg, OR 97470.
