Josephine M. Scherrer (nee Schneider) age 86 of West bend died Friday, July 27, 2012 at the Kathy Hospice in the Town of Polk. She was born December 3, 1925 in West bend to the late John and Josephine (nee Hausman) Schneider and married George R. Scherrer on October 14, 1950. George preceded her in death on April 23, 2003.
Josephine is survived by her 3 children: Chris (Sandy) of Milwaukee, Jacqueline (Louis Crowley) Krim of North Carolina and Jon Michael (Lisa) of Thousand Oaks, CA, 5 grandchildren: Renee Hurst, Kyle Scherrer, Eric Scherrer, Kenan Krim and Kendra Krim and 2 great-grandchildren: Luke and Jackson Hurst. She is further survived by her 3 sisters: Dolores Johnson of West Bend, Ramona Schulteis of Hartford and Pauline Schoenecker of Allenton, a sister-in-law Frances Schneider of West bend and nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Josephine Schneider, her husband George and her brother Jack Schneider.
A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church. The family will greet relatives and friends for a period of visitation on Tuesday, at the church from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m.
