"Mrs. Rachel Anne Reichart, formerly of West Freedom, died March 25, 1929, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. P. Barger of near Curllsville, Clarion County. Mrs. Reichart was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Watson and was born February 17, 1847, being aged 82 years, 1 month, and 8 days at the time of her death. She was married October 28, 1869, to John M. Reichart, of Perry Township, and had been married over 59 years. Her husband and the following children survive: T. M. Reichart, of Parker's Landing; M. H. Reichart of Callensburg, and Mrs. C. P. Barger, of near Curllsville; also by 23 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Concord Presbyterian church on Wednesday, March 27, at 3 o'clock. The services were conducted by her pastor, Rev. Steel, and interment was made in the Concord cemetery. She has been a faithful member of the Concord church and Missionary Society for many years."
