Julius was born in Rowno County, Volhynia, Russia-Poland (which is now Rivne, Ukraine). It most likely would be in Sergejufka (Sierhiejówka, Ukraine), or possibly Terespol like his cousin Marie, or Marianowka like her daughter Bertha.

According to an online family tree, he was the son of Jacob August Eisbrenner and Albertina Hintz or Hens . His family at some point lived in Sergejufka because on the ship passenger manifest he stated that his closest relative was his father August in 'Sergefluka'. His father is believed to be a son of Wilhelm August Eisbrenner. His only known sibling that immigrated to the United States was William Karl Eisbrenner. No records can be found for the birth of Julius or his brother Wilhelm. No record can be found of their parents marriage. Julius immigrated to New York on the SS Copenahgen in 1913.

Julius was married to Lydia Hiebner Eisbrenner (Nov 17 1894 Russia-Poland- April 1982 Phila). He and Lydia were the parents of the following children:

1-Arthur Edmond Eisbrenner (Dec 30 1918- April 21 2000 Phila) served in the United States Navy during World War II; married
Anna Margaret Schweitzer (Aug 23 1920-1991)

2-Dorothy Caroline Eisbrenner (March 2 1922-Jan 31 2001) married Emil Gruhler

He was residing at 3127 North Front Street. His occupation was textile weaver and wallpaper hanger.

*Only father 'Jacob Eisbrenner' was listed on his Pennsylvania death certificate. His father's name was given as August on his New York passenger arrival manifest in 1914. One Ancestry tree states his father's full name was Jacob August and his mother's name is given as Albertina. No source is provided for her name as Albertina.
