This was probably meant to be Rowno, Russia-Poland, much of which is actually present day Ukraine and Poland (not Russia). William immigrated to Baltimore on SS Frankfurt on October 16 1913.

5-Jeanne Eisbrenner Bucjs (Oct 9 1929- July 27 2007 Bethlehem) married Ernest P. Bujcs (son of Joseph Bucjs Sr. and Rose Barbay- both of Hungary) on Jan 14 1950 in Allentown

His father August Eisbrenner was also listed on his ship passenger manifest as paying his fare and residing in Sergejufka. The death certificate of his brother Julius lists only father Jacob, who was called August on his ship passenger manifest. One Ancestry tree states that the full name of his father was Jacob August and William's mother's name is given as Albertina.
