Don Leroy Brown JR
Mr. Brown went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 2, 2014 in Hart, Michigan after a short battle with cancer.
He was 71 years old. He was born April 30, 1943 to Doris E. (Wolf) Schopf and Don L. Brown SR in Muskegon, Michigan. He was an Air Force mechanic for many years in Florida. Upon retiring and moving back to Michigan he was an emergency HAM radio responder.
He was preceded in death by both his mother and father, one brother Don F. Brown, wife Betty I. (Reynolds) Brown and one son Jerry L. "Bud" Brown. Surviving him is his stepdad George Schopf of Hart, Mi; sisters, Paula (Rick) Schaner, Darlene (Herman) Jensen both of Hart MI; brothers, Kenneth "Charlie" Brown and Steven Brown; children, Kent Brown of Hart Mi, Harold “Keith” Brown of MI, Kim Price of Hart MI, Don (Amanda) Brown of Three Oaks, MI and Denice (Ken) Moran of Petoskey, MI; many grandchildren; one great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
