Guyton – Lillian Elizabeth Tyndall Standefer, 73, passed away Sun., Nov 9, 2014 at Hospice Savannah. The Maryland native was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church and a homemaker. She was a patient advocate for DaVita Dialysis Effingham North, a student mentor at ECHS, and was involved in various church activities throughout her life. She leaves behind many friends who love her dearly and will miss her. Lill always had a smile on her face, a heart for serving, and a big bow in her hair. She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Belair; father, William Tyndall; and daughter, Cathy Kulhanek. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Stan; 3 sons, Walter J.R. Kulhanek, Ernie (Judy) Kulhanek, and Frank (Alison) Kulhanek all of Delaware; 1 daughter, Debbie (Shelby) Wilson of Rincon; 16 grandchildren, Steven Parker, Elisa Wilson, Christopher (Kat) Wilson, Brandon (Brittany) Wilson, Amanda Wilson, Ernie (Sherri) Kulhanek, Amanda Kulhanek, Joshua Kulhanek, Nick (Stacy) Kulhanek, Lee Kulhanek, Crystal Rose Kulhanek, A.J. Kulhanek, Jacob Kulhanek, Nicole Kulhanek, Alexis Kulhanek, and Brandon Chetalet; 8 great-grandchildren, Zander Wilson, Grayson Kulhanek, Evelynne Baker, Julia Mikula, Abigail Adams, Alexander Kulhanek, Amber Kulhanek, and William Kulhanek, Jr.; a sister, May (Pete) Simank; a niece, Krys (Terry) Abel. Visitation will be 6pm to 8pm Wed. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 11am Thu. at Bethesda United Methodist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
