"Services for Adeline B. Bremerman, 99, of Wisner will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church here with burial in the Wisner Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Kuzelka-Minnick Funeral Home and continue Friday after 11 a.m. at the church.

She died Monday, Dec. 4, 2006, at Colonial Haven Nursing Home in Beemer.

Adeline Bertha VonSeggern was born May 12, 1907, at rural Wisner to Herman and Johanna (Ahrndt) VonSeggern. She was baptized on Oct. 6, 1907, at St. John's Lutheran Church-county line near Scribner and was later confirmed at St. Paul's German Lutheran Church north of Wisner. Adeline attended Cuming County rural School District 24.

On Feb. 21, 1933, she was married to Henry Bremerman at St. Paul's German Lutheran Church. The couple was engaged in farming northeast of Wisner. Henry passed away on April 7, 1966.

Adeline moved into her new home in Wisner on Sept. 12, 1967. She was the oldest member of the congregation at Christ Lutheran Church, where she was a member. Adeline enjoyed playing cards and belonged to various card clubs. She loved to crochet, making many afghans and other items.

Survivors include children, Darlene and husband Daryle Urwiler of rural Pender, Carol and husband Robert Olson of Fremont, Rollin and wife Fayette Bremerman of rural Pender, and 13 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.

Adeline was preceded in death by her parents; husband; infant daughter, Joan Mardell; brother, Carl VonSeggern; and granddaughter-in-law, Brittawni Olson.
