Erman William Werchan, 88, of Taylor passed away Sunday, May 15, 2005 at the Taylor Care Center.
Visitation will be 6-8 PM, Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at Providence Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 19, 2005 at Providence Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Bohls officiating. Burial will follow at the Taylor City Cemetery.
Erman was preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Walther and second wife, Bernice Remmert.
He is survived by his son, James Werchan of Lima, Ohio; two daughters, Phyllis Johnson and husband, Harvey of Taylor and Diana Stolle and husband, Ernest of Pflugerville; one sister, Susie Petzolt of Austin; four grandchildren, Sandra Trussell and husband, Blaine of Taylor, Suzanne Sanford and husband, Rob of Alaska, M' Lisa Pease and husband, Kevin of Alice, and Travis Stolle of Round Rock; and three great grandchildren; Brooke Sanford of Alaska, Travis Pease of Alice and Rachel Trussell of Taylor.
Pallbearers will be his nephews, Nolin Werchan, Marvin Petzolt, Earl Stabeno, Elroy Meiske, Herb Meiske, and Erwin Meiske.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church or charity of your choice.
