Martin M. Urban, 82, who had been make his home with a nephew, Clarence Urban of 1311 East 15th, died Thursday morning in St. Anthony Hospital.
A native of the Pfeifer community, Urban had worked in Denver, Colo., 25 years of a department store. He had been making his home with his nephew since 1966. Urban was an Army veteran of World War I.
Survivors include one brother, Jacob Urban of Hays.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Church Cemetery. Msgr. Armand Girard will hold Rosary services at 8 p.m. Friday in Brock’s North Hill Chapel. The body will lie in state at Brock’s until the hour of the service. The American Legion and VFW will hold graveside rites.
