Clare was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold & Agnes Zirbes; brother, Jeffrey Zirbes, and beloved husband, Richard MacNeilly. She will be deeply missed by loving companion, James Lobeck; cousins, Kathleen Wetherall, Joan Belanger, Kevin Gormley, Michael Gormley, Andy Janos, Agnes Merrill, Jaqueline Wojack, Mary Ann Nall along with many other loving relatives and friends. Also mourned by the children and grandchildren of her cousins for whom Clare was a much loved adult cousin who hosted many sleepovers and special events. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery
