Mrs. Herman (Esther) Loock, 59, 404 15th St. N., Moorhead, died Sunday in an area hospital.

She was born April 9, 1902 at Danube, Minn., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Billiar. She was married July 1, 1927. They lived at Waukegon, Ill., until 1929 when they moved to Parshall, N.D. They came to this area in 1939 and had lived in Moorhead since 1953.

Mrs. Loock is survived by her husband; a son and four daughters, Louis of Minneapolis; Mrs. Kenneth (Lorraine) Thompson, 1315 8th Ave. N., Moorhead; Mrs. Ralph (Vivian) Johnk, 1700 3rd Ave S., Moorhead; Mrs. Benjamin (Arlene) Bratland, 404 15th St. N., Moorhead, and Elaine Loock of 1315 8th Ave. N, Moorhead.

Three brothers and five sisters, Walter Billiar of Portland, Ore.; Edward of Minneapolis; Lloyd of Owatonna, Minn; Mrs. John (Lillian) Kropelnicki, Mrs. Dorothy Havalish and Mrs. Marvin (Helen) Grabow, all Minneapolis; Mrs. Abe (Mabel) Zaske and Mrs. Kenneth (Polly) Severson, both Danube, and eight grandchildren.
