She liked to play bingo and do ceramics. She belonged to the Blessed Sacrament Women's Guild and was extremely devoted to her family.
Besides both parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Norbert Ignatius Kranz; two brothers, John and Robert Hepding and a sister, Mary Warner.
She is survived by her five children, Stephen Kranz, wife Margarete, of Pittsburgh, Pa., Michael Kranz, wife Pamela, of Cranesville, Pa., Marsha Marie Nevinsky, husband Dennis, of Erie, Kenneth Kranz of Royal Oaks, Mich., and Jeffrey Kranz, wife Jennifer, of Bloomington, Ind.; two sisters, Rosie Hepding and Joanne Morgan both of Baltimore, Md.; six grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Connie Hepding of Baltimore, Md., and Genevieve Kranz of Erie; and two brothers-in-law, Thomas Kranz of McKean, Pa., and Peter Kranz of Florida.
Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
