Laura Ann Cera was born March 14, 1903 in Paintertown, Westermoreland, PA. She was the daughter of Robert Hartman (1868-1945) and Anna Elizabeth Schall Hartman (1866-1918) of Ford City, Armstrong, PA.
Laura had four sisters, Ada Viola Hartman Wunschel (1895-1961), Ethel Margaret Hartman Largent (1896-1980), Nellie Hartman (1899-1901), and Violet Mae Hartman Stitt (1900-1976). She also had two brothers Newton Hartman (1893-1932) and Theodore Hartman (1905-1941).
After moving to Niles, Trumbull, OH in 1920, she met and married Thomas Cera (1897-1968) and they resided on Wood Street. She had two children Thomas Robert Cera (1927- ) of Niles, OH and Elvira Ann Cera Golden of Scranton, PA (1933-2002).
Laura passed February 19, 1994 in Warren, Trumbull, Ohio. Laura and her husband Thomas Cera are buried in Niles City Cemetery.
