Rosemary Theby was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 8, 1892. Rosemary, who was to ultimately appear in 90 films, began her career in 1912, at the age of 27, when she took a part in THE GODMOTHER. She was much in demand and was credited as being one of the most sought after character actresses. Rosemary even survived the transition from the silent era into the "talkie" stage. After she appeared in ONE MILLION B.C. in 1940, Rosemary retired to Kansas City, Missouri. She died on June 10, 1973 at the Virgil Convalescent Center in Los Angeles, CA.
