MORRIS E. MORROW was born on 17 July 1941 in Dickinson, Galveston County, Texas to Robert A Morrow & Sarah D Pugh.

Morris graduated from Edna (Texas) High School, and earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business from Texas A&M (College Station) in 1963.

Morris first married Ruby Moore (Living) on 31 August 1963 in Houston, Harris County, Texas, and they had THREE children:

Mark Morrow (Living),
Michael Stephen Morrow (1970-2004), and
Michelle Morrow-Leas (Living).

Morris and Ruby were divorced. Morris was next married to Ada Margaret Cole on 14 June 1980 in Harlingen, Cameron County, Texas. No children by this marriage.

Morris conducted Family research and discovered that his 3rd Great-Grandfather, Edward Perry, was a resident in the Republic of Texas, who had served at La Bahia during the fight for Texas' Independence from Mexico. Morris' research was approved by The Sons of the Republic of Texas, and he was granted Membership #07684, as a descendant of Edward Perry. Edward was on the Register of Families introduced by Green DeWitt Empresario of De Witt's Colony under the Colonization Law of the State of Coahuila & Texas dated 24 March 1825. Edward also submitted an Application for One League of land on 26 August 1834, then on 28 August 1834 Edward was admitted to the colony and considered worthy of one league of land by the Mexican Government being a native of the United States of the North, of good moral habits, of the Catholic religion, of good conduct, and a Mexican by law.
