Gary G. Sieg, 83, of Corydon, died Saturday, February 14, 2015, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon. He was born August 8, 1931, in Corydon, to the late Harold & Opal Grable Sieg. He was retired from the Indiana State Highway Department, was a farmer and sawmill operator and was a member of Fountain United Methodist Church near Corydon. He was preceded in death his parents; his sons, Timothy & Robert Sieg; his brother, Gilbert Sieg and his sister, Modell Burt. Survivors include his wife, Margaret E. Eyermann Sieg; his sons, Dennis Sieg of Lafayette, IN, Doug Sieg (Debra) of Corydon, Dwayne Sieg (Kathy) of Corydon, Patrick Sieg (Sheila) of Milltown, Tony Sieg (Kandi) of Corydon, Gary E. Sieg (Nikki) of Corydon and Earl Pepper of Corydon; his daughters, Judy Cunningham (Roy) of Corydon and Linda Pepper of Corydon; 24 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Rev. Jeff Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Corydon. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the American Heart Association. Pallbearers will be Jamie, Clayton, Ronnie Darrell Sieg, David & Donnie Satori, Mike Wemes and G.J. Wilt.
