Philip Louis Weiskopf, Jr., born on May 8, 1880, in Boonville, Warrick, Indiana. He was of medium height and build, and had dark eyes and dark brown hair. He was in Los Angeles, California, by March of 1907. He later worked as a street car conductor for the San Diego Electric Railroad and he also worked in the Lincoln Park Zoo in San Diego. In 1918, he lived at 1785 Adams Avenue, in San Diego, California. He never married and may have had some kind of mental disorder at some point in his life. When he died on March 9, 1946, his brother, John Sherman Weiskopf and his wife, Zella, went to San Diego to bury him. Phil re-mained in close contact with his brothers,John and Bill, throughout his life. No issue.
