There are two John Rybka headstones in this cemetery. Adding to the confusion, they were both born 1876 and both died in 1937. In examining both death certificates, they are two distinct gentlemen.

Per his naturalization petition, filed 11 Feb 1920, John Frank Rybka was born 11 Mar 1876 in Lipinski, Austria [today, Lipinki Luzyckie, Poland]. He departed Hamburg on 23 May 1893 via the SS Daniel, arriving in NY on 24 Jun 1893. In his Declaration of Intention, filed 24 Apr 1914, he declared his description as white, with a dark complexion, 5'4" weighing 132 with brown hair and eyes.

He declared his wife's name is Mary, who was born 22 July 1886 in Austria. He also declared he had four children:
Wanda born 15 Mar 1905 in Pittsurgh, PA
Velarya? born 19 Dec 1908 in Butler, PA
Joseph born 15 Sept 1911 in Colchester, CT
Bronislaw born 15 may 1917 in McKees Rocks, PA.

In reviewing his Death Certificate, his family stated he was born in 1879, although the certificate lacks a specific date. The certificate also states he was the son of Josephn Rybka and Katazyna (unknown maiden name) both from Poland.
