Charles was the husband of Vera Inell Adams, parents of a son and daughter.

Charles became a Professional Wrestler in the Mid-1940's and 1950's. Also, was an Actor in Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color in 1954, 1937 "Nothing Sacred", and the Black Beard Pirate in "The Devil and Daniel Webster". One of the Broadways as a Japanese Wrestler in "Teahouse of the August Moon."
