Reynold Wismann, age 24, of 1418 Vine street, Quincy, Illinois, died at 7:25 o'clock Friday morning (June 22, 1923) in the Hillcrest Sanatorium, of tuberculosis. He had been ill for two years and a half, and a patient at the sanatorium for two years and three months.

He was born in Quincy June 12, 1899, and was the son of Clemens Anton and Lucy M. (Ascheman) Wismann. At the time of his illness, he was manager and captain of the St. Francis ball team of the Parish league.

Mr. Wismann attended the St. Francis parochial school, Quincy college, and the Gem City Business college. At one time, he was employed as a bookkeeper at the United Cereal Mills.

He was a member of the St. Francis Catholic church, the Young Men's Society of the church, and the St. Aloysius Orphan Society.

He leaves his parents; two brothers Gilbert and Clemens, both of Quincy; and one sister, Lucille Wismann.

Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Quincy, Illinois.
