Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 26 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany for Florence Pauly who died Tuesday, June 22 at the Mother of Mercy Nursing Home in Albany. A private inurnment will be in the parish cemetery at a later date.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Seven Dolors gathering area in Albany. Parish prayers will be at 4:30 p.m. followed by the Christian Mothers at 6 p.m. Friday evening at the Seven Dolors gathering area.
Florence Elizebeth Budde was born August 31, 1934 in Melrose, Minnesota to Edward, Sr. and Johanna (Enneking) Budde. On April 23, 1955 she was united in marriage to Robert Pauly at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Melrose. Florence was vice president of Robert Pauly Construction, Inc. and was their financial secretary. She was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed sewing, baking, canning, reading, gardening, snowmobiling, and playing cards.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Pauly of Albany; children, Cheryl (Kevin) Lemke of Cold Spring, Dan (Cindy) Pauly of Elk River, Patricia Winter of Albany, Wayne Pauly of Sauk Rapids, Mary (Thomas) Budd of Menomonie, WI, and Roger (Meredith) Pauly of Albany; six grandchildren, Jesse Lemke, Randy Lemke, Christopher Winter, Michael Winter, Kali Budd, and Maggie Budd; brother and sisters, Mildred Dingman of Morris, Norma Westendorf of Melrose, Doris Sondergaard of Apache Junction, AZ, Ruth Fink of Brookings, SD, Marjorie Petermeier of Grand Rapids, and Edward Budde, Jr. of Melrose.
Florence was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Pauly on May 27, 1958; brothers and sisters, Lorraine Moscho, Janet Toenies, Donald Budde, and Richard Budde.
