Frank M. Guth of Sarasota, FL passed away April 2, 2015. He was a WWII Vet ASTP from 1943 - 1946 as a
475th Infantry Machine Gun Section Leader, and served under Merrill's Marauders and 97th Infantry Division. Recipient of American Theater Medal, WWII Victory Medal, Asia Pacific Theatre Medal, Soldiers Medal, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal and Presidential Unit Citation. Survived by his wife of 67 yrs, Valeria, 3 children, Robert Guth, Joyce Ogden and Jenifer Wustefeld, and 4 grandchildren. Memorial Honors held at Sarasota National Cemetery on May 26, 2015 at 11 am. Memorial reception to follow.
