Martha L. Price, 71, 950 Airport road, Albany died at her home Monday following a short illness.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Dewey officiating. Burial follows in Willamette Memorial Park.
She was born June 20, 1908 in Pocahontas, Ark., where she lived for 27 years before moving to Wichita, Kans. She lived there from 1935 to 1946 when she moved to Crabtree. In 1976 she moved to Albany.
Mrs. Price operated the Spears Restaurant in Crabtree for several years. She was a member of the Crabtree Christian Church, United Steel Workers of America and 50 year member of Scio Rebekah Lodge.
She married Orley F. Price July 13, 1925 in Pocahontas. He died Aug. 5, 1975.
Survivors include two children, Orley Dean Price, Albany and Frankie Reischmann, Wichita, Kan., two sisters, Katie Frint, Longview, Wash., and Rosie Skimahorn, Pocahontas; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
