Lillian Brum Steinbrink, 85
Billings, MT
(May 16, 1929 – April 10, 2015)

On April 10th, Mom, our Angel, went to be with our Dad. When our dad passed away in 2007, our mom went to live at Autumn Springs Assisted Living as she had Alzheimer’s, though she passed away from congestive heart failure. Mom loved living there and had amazing care and loving staff. She was especially fond of Doris Backas, the Administrator, and the staff Velvet, Rebecca, Ryley, Erica, Anna, Carol and all of the many friends she made over the years living there. Mom also received outstanding care from Rocky Mountain Hospice, who made sure she was comfortable in her last days with us.
Mom married our dad on June 14, 1947 and was 3 months shy of being married 60 years. To that marriage they had 3 children. Debbie Braunstadter (Tony), Kevin Steinbrink (Darci), and Tami Kelling (Kurt.) She also had 4 grandchildren, Paula, LaNette (Brice), Trent and Tanner and 2 great grandchildren, Sierra and Shane.
Most of Mom’s life was devoted to being a stay at home mom and keeping an immaculate home. She had a wonderful skill of making many beautiful homemade quilts. Mom also cherished playing Pinochle and Bingo with her friends and dancing with our dad. To pass the time by, a fun hobby for her was to put puzzles together and to do word searches and crossword puzzles.
She is survived by 3 sisters, Dolores Bernhardt, Betty Argenziano and Darlene Silverman (Joel) and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Dale, her brothers Gene, LeRoy and Robert and her sister Gloria.
